The Regime is a 5 week program designed to examine your daily habits and to create new routines. Each week gets progressively harder as you get stronger and leaner. It’s a short commitment, only 5 weeks, so you can have fun being a bit more strict with the changes you make.
The workouts are precise and include days off. The training will last no more than an hour on any given day and likely have your exercises done in about 40 minutes. The nutritional plan allows you to use the food you are already eating, things that are in your refrigerator right now.
The Regime Program, designed especially for your needs,includes 24 hour online support, inspiration and informational emails 2 times a week, and on going monitoring of your progress.
There is also confessional area that you can log onto and bear all your shortcomings or victories. This is the only program of it’s kind, designed to create new patterns from the inside out. My clients have had great results on this for quick weight loss and ultimately lifestyle changes.
