| My training method is bootcamp style weight lifting combined with lengthening yoga style stretching.
This core strength training creates a strong, supple and toned body. To flatten your midsection, I use several
crunch variations along with pilates movements derived from the mat series. As you get stronger I elevate your
program to adapt to your body. I use exercises from a wide variety of movement styles, to ensure that you never
get bored, and more importantly your body doesn't. |
