My Method

My method is blends compound strength training with cardiovascular interval blasts. These movements, combined with lengthening yoga style stretching, create a strong, supple and toned body.

My main goal is to have my clients feel good in their bodies.  Often times we work on breaking through tension in order to commit to change.  Fitness should include an element of fun.  I believe that laughter is an important part of the workouts, it enables my clients to release stress and sink more deeply into the exercises.

On a sunny day my clients may earn a cherry Popsicle for their hard work or on a cold morning a latte to boost their spirits. I’m a firm believer in moderation and celebration in order to keep a long-term focus on wellness.

As my clients get stronger I elevate the program to adapt to their bodies. I use exercises from a wide variety of movement styles including Pilates, athletic sports drills and plyometrics to ensure that they never get bored and are always being challenged in new ways.

I constantly update the way in which you work using the best workout tools available.  It’s my job to be up on all the latest trends and new equipment in the fitness industry.
